Carl Henderson brings over 30 years of combined experience in finance and real estate, offering clients across Texas strategic, knowledgeable guidance. With deep expertise in real estate finance, he works closely with a wide network of lenders to help clients navigate complex lending processes. For more than 20 years, he has been recognized as one of the top real estate agents in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Carl’s background also includes extensive commercial real estate experience, from office buildings to funeral homes throughout Texas. His leadership extends into the community through service on the Fort Worth Black Chamber of Commerce board and the Finance Committee for the Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains, Inc.

A Dallas native, Carl is a proud graduate of Houston-Tillotson University.
